If you are going for light gaming then I don't think you need 16gb ram ,only 8 gb you can run games like gta v, just cause 3 , nfs rivals fornite and pubg, so you can save some bucks by just getting 8gb ram and use that money to buy fans cause your case have only one fan build in.

Disagree, 16gb of ram is very important for even light gaming these days

I'd say make that a 1tb sata ssd or like a cheap 128gb NVMe and a smaller hard drive
