As long as you have a good quality PSU with the right connections, I would wager you will be alright. Your CPU seems to consume about 65w and your graphics card about 125w from what I can find. The minimum recommended PSU wattage for the card is 400w, so I would probably go with a 400w one at a minimum.

I am building a very old PC and I was wondering how much power I need. I cant find the parts on PC part picker or anything similar. I have 2 Gigabyte GV-N98TGR-512I and an Asus P5N72-T-Premium with an Intel duo E7500 2.93 and 4 gb or corsair VS2GB800D2. I know these are all very out of date but it is a personal project.
