Cannot connect to my router on PC, can on phone.

Basically the title, I don't know why. I just built my PC and I cannot connect to my router via Ethernet but I can on my phone via wifi.

 

Running windows 10, the router is an Experia Box V8

Are you at least able to browse the internet normally? Is the ethernet adapter reporting any connection issues?

 

The admin page for that internet gateway should be at http://192.168.2.254. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and reloading the page?

Firstly did you install the Ethernet Drivers?

Yes I can, it somehow fixed itself. I think it was the windows firewall.
