*Edit: you think I'm kidding. I saw a system in Atlanta listed online for more than that with pretty ok (if cheap) specs for the most part: a cheap PSU, a cheap case, DDR4-3000, a 3080, and...an i5-8600K. It sold in less than a day.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Dont buy the cooler, the stock cooler is better

Depends what your local market will bare. Check your local classifieds and price accordingly.

I'd sell the video card separately. You'll make far more money that way.
