MSI B550 TOMAHAWK - Stuck on boot led

Okay, so i made a post about something around 2 hours ago,

I got the PC on, it was just a misplaced case cable, and my MOBO didnt have any Led

 

I've got my pc together

MSI B550 TOMAHAWK

Ryzen 5 3600

Corsair C550W

Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz ( 2x8gb )

1x2TB HDD

1x256GB Samsung SSD

Gigabyte GTX 1070

Kraken X63 

 

Now all the EZ debug LEDS are fine, Except for the BOOT led ofcourse, 

 

I've made sure my SATA cables are in the correct 1 and 2 ports.

Made sure my GPU is on, and my monitors are working.

Anyone got any ideas?

I'm literally 1 step away from completing this 2 day long build.

My monitors are fine, i've made sure of it. Ones a 280hz asus other is a samsung 60hz

 

They both worked 2 days ago, when my pc was still on the old parts, worked fine still does
