My cousin has a dell OptiPlex 990 and the hdmi and usb ports stopped working i do not know how to fix this can someone help?

i should add my My Display, my mouse and my keyboard are not working.

Could be corrupted drivers? We'd need more info here on how this happened

Un pluged ram re pluged now won't work

Why did you unplug the RAM from a laptop?

Did you unplug the system before you pulled out the RAM? You might have shorted things.
