XR5 Radiators

Does the XR5 radiators have ports on either side of the rad like two on the top and two on the bottom, If not which company would have this kind of design?

I am not aware of any rads that have such a design.

Even it would exist you would need to connect the tubes on the same side, else you basically lose 50% of your cooling capacity.

There are things called crossflow radiators, but as the name suggests you have to use the ports normally in a diagonal, as opposed to the same side.
