Set your XMP to your RAM's specification. Other than that, dont blindly set your BIOS to what others do on internet.

I tried updating and it got crashed with a full black screen... So I had to remove the battery on my motherboard and fix it.... Then here come the FPS problem 🤷🏻‍♂️
