How do you prioritize bandwidth to certain programs/apps on Windows 10? Can you set it within Windows 10 or is there a third party software?

specifically Firefox over steam so I can watch Youtube while I download games

thats what I have been doing until now
but its pretty annoying since I have to guesstimate how much I (and ramdom x factors in the house) will end up using for no download stuff like youtube and co
