Decoding Video from D3100

Hey,

I was trying to do some filming with my D3100 and

when I imported it into Premiere Pro all i got was audio

and a black image. I think this is down to the H.264

encoding that the camera does to the footage (which

is a .mov file). Is there an easy way in which I can decode

the video to work?

Thanks

Can you post a mediainfo of the video file? H.264 should cause any problems on any modern video editing software.

Download it from here, and post the TEXT output.

Yes,

That looks fine. I dont see why you would have any problems working with it in that format. Are there any error messages displayed at all? Perhaps try transcoding it to another code?
