Unless you need the wifi aspect of the Motherboard, I'd go with something more like the MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus

Unless I'm missing something, it'll save you a few bucks that you could put towards something else.

I'd suggest a R5 5600X instead of the 3600 you have selected.

As for GPU advice, I'd look at 3060s and 3060 tis, of course, if you can get a good deal on either.

I don't know how good CoolerMaster PSUs are, but other than that, everything looks pretty good.

I wish you good luck.

Would 650w PSU be okay if I plan to get a RTX 3060?

Thanks for the suggestions and I actually need the wifi aspect, so would I be better off getting a dongle?

No, I don't think so. If you need the wifi, that's a pretty good board for it.

Most USB/PCIe add-in stuff is around $20, so there's not much benefit for going that route.

I would still recommend a R5 5600X though, and it would still leave you about $330-$350 for a GPU, right in 3060 territory, if you can get a good deal that is.

Although, I've just realized that doesn't include a case...

My main concern for this build is shipping charges, hence I opted for the R5 3600, so I can get all the items + shipping under the budget. As for the case, I already have a case which I acquired locally as shipping charges for a case a nominally high.
