Ram issue

So I recently installed 2x8GB of Corsair vengeance rgb pro 3200,from a random 8GB stick of 2133. My issue is that’s the only thing that changed and I developed FPS drops since installing the ram, I have a B460-h mobo I-5 10400K and a 1660 super, any help on why I’m getting drops would be appreciated, it’s anywhere from 20-60 FPS on any game

Which memory slots you used to install the RAM?

Yes I’m slot 2 and 4 I double checked so I’m confused as to why it’s a sudden drop, I have even checked bios nothing else was changed besides it says XMP 1

I don't know if i read it correctly - you use 2 or 3 sticks?

2 sticks of ram kinda new to pc building so I’m just trying to figure everything out as to why I’m having issues, the only thing I can think of is possibly thermal throttling as I have deduced my case doesn’t have enough airflow or so I think
