Laptop performance issue

A week ago today I posted about an issue with my laptop that has really been frustrating me and has only been getting worse. Since then, I have not received any responses. I know that I am supposed to keep to only one thread per topic but I felt that if I posted someting new on the old thread that nobody would ever respond. I would really appreciate it if anybody could read over my explanation of the problem in last week's thread and respond to me regarding the issue. Here is the link to that thread:
