Can I share my HDD in the cloud?

owncloud or nextcloud or the easiest vpn. in all cases, when you want to access the files from outside your home you either need to select a cloud service or host your server and expose a port to outside

My question more precisely is: I have a Seagate ironwolf pro in my pc which serves me as internal storage. But is there a way that I can access it remotely as with a NAS?
