I found this pic from a radio station, there is some sort of software running on computer with columns..can anyonr guess whats its name or purpose??

No, its clearly not ..excel software doesnt have anything like parameter setting columns and command lines..

Too blurry pic to say anything. And as we have noted previously, you are gonna have hard time finding someone who might have actually been in amateur/local radio-DJ in early-00s and would know the software by hearth.
