Graphics crash upon handle load

Straight to the point.

Nitro+ rx480 8gb. Just bought it from craiglist. Put my dvi into gpu. When stress test/game, it will lose output and fan run 100% full speed.

 

so then i try plugging my dvi cable into motherboard/cpu. I stress test the gpu and the application will crash,  driver will crash, gpuz crash. 
 

I thought is the temp issue. So i put the fan to 100% speed. Same issue

 

sound like transistor or somesort of electrical component issue.  What’s your input/solution. Thanks

download DDU and install the drivers fresh. it could be a bad driver since you just got the gpu.

I did try it with my other computer (slightly older driver) same exact issue. All my other rx480 cards works fine on the driver.
