NEED HELP

this morning i woke up to go do online school on my pc and it worked fine but after school i wanted to reset my whole, erase everything because of something and it was working, after it finished it took me to the logo screen and it hasn’t moved since. ive restarted it a couple times and it doesn’t log into the computer i’m just stuck on the ASRock screen. PLEASE HELP!! ive tried everything

What does this mean?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
