Well as far as streaming goes, the RTX 3070 is better than a 2080 Ti and the Ryzen 7 5800X is better than an i9-10900k (in a lot of cases). The 5800X is considered much easier to get than the 5600X as well (there's lots of demand). The 3070 is also very hard to obtain. The only thing I would worry about for streaming with that system is your internet connection.

If you can find and afford a 5800x, then go for it, but it's not like the 5600x is a bad cpu either.

Just know that AMD CPUs don't have onboard graphics so you will need a GPU for this system to run.

*Another thing to keep in mind is that when/if the shortage ends, the 5800X is likely to go down around $100 in price according to Gamers Nexus.

ngl, the ryzen 5600x is going for £268 and thats the cheapest ive ever seen it and its usually at 300 quid. So I dont know if I should save the extra money for anything else?

If you can get the better one and get all of the other components still then you should be good on that.
