I'm not sure exactly what you're after, but here's Techpowerup's GPU database:

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/

They have relative performance comparison, hardware specs, what GPU core is in each model of graphics card (for both AMD/ATI and NVidia), base and boost clocks, and a VBIOS collection.

you could also just mod the bios yourself.

Its not that hard. I learned how to mod the bios for polaris in about a couple minutes, biggest problem was the bios patch.

what card do you have that you want to oc?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

im assuming it has a dual bios?

if it is a dual bios you could just try diffrent bioses and if they dont work just flip the switch the bios, boot, flip switch, and flash back to the old one.
