Well that was MSRP for the card, that's long gone now lol

It's a good deal, but it should just be a price for the card and not a "deal."

The MSRP was $400, no?

For reference,so a custom cooled would cost that much if there was no price hike.

Buying a 290/290X from Ebay is dubious. Would not recommend.
