I bought a used 3600xt from eBay to put in my Asrock x370 board. When I got it and installed it, my PC kept going into an endless boot loop. I tried some stuff and it didn't fix it, but then I put a single stick of ram into an un-ideal slot and it finally booted. Some more fiddling and it is now running with both sticks in dual channel and their xmp profile active.

Now, the only thing of note is that there is seemingly more electrical noise from the PC

It feels stable, but the hassle to get it working right seemed like it was more than what I would have expected.

I was wondering if I should send it back as having issues or if you all think it's fine and trustworthy since it's now running correctly?

Also, there is a small scratch on the cpu board. The top edge of the green part. But I doubt that would do anything?

If it works it works, benchmark it, do some stability test.
