I have recently been having a ton of issues with my PC where it randomly goes into "slow-motion". My audio will become super choppy, my mouse will become super delayed and slow, and my PC will just slow down in general. It really fast too, only about 5-7 seconds at a time. It seems whenever I am downloading something or using internet. I was downloading an update off of Battle.net to my D drive (Hard Drive) and I had this issue. It also happens when I download updates to my C drive (SSD) and when I load vids on google or something. I haven't been able to find anything on this or a fix. My specs are Ryzen 7 3700x, Ventus 3x OC 3070, Corsair Vengence 16GB 3200Mhz, MSI B550 Tomahawk MAG, 1TB 970 EVO Plus, Seagate Barracuda. Please help!

Is the ram in dual channel?

What are temps like?

What the CPU usage like when you have slow downs?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)
