ROG Sign not going Static

So I have a ROG b460-h motherboard, and I have armory crate downloaded, but when I try to put it all to static, the ram goes to static, but the motherboard led on the top left only stays on breathing. Any thoughts/suggestions? Has this happened to any of you guys? Have any of you guys bought this board? Is it even possible to make that LED Static? Does buying that mobo used affect that led problem?

The error indicators (Q leds) are top right, not top left. 

 

The breathing you can change in the bios. Should have several selections including off.

Not the Q leds, the rog sign on the top left, the red led there for aesthetics
