because they've not passed there probationary period. until they do, they remain faceless and nameless 99% of the time. Only except that I can recall is Madison.

Because they're on probation.

They won't be named in the credits or on the LMG staff page until they've been working for 30 days/1 month (Madison as the exception, as she'd be bad at her job if she wasn't on camera, and everyone knew she was hired already).

Unless I’m wrong it was 3-6 months

The vast majority of Canadian employers will be at least 3 months with many opting to do 6 or even an entire year.

Standard probation is typically 90 days in most positions, unless otherwise stated in contract and depending on industry. Linus could also be semi-ruthless and make them sign a non-compete if he has reservations.
