Restart loop after new motherboard/processor upgrade

Steffrobs48

So i just upgraded my pc to have a b500-f and a ryzen 9 3900x, build went great. When i try to turn the pc on i reach the BIOS screen with no problem, but when i do save and exit it starts a restart loop. The motherboard is detecting my hard drive, ssd and nvme drive, but they dont appear in the boot priority section of the BIOS screen, im wondering what the problem could be?
thanks in advance

I would try removing the drives that don't have the OS loaded and see if it will boot into the OS, then if it does reconnect the other drives after you shut it off.

I tried this and I still get the restart loop, eventually BIOS posted again but in safe mode this time

What are you changing in the BIOS? Some setting you're altering there is not valid, which causes the boot loop. Eventually, the BIOS reverts itself (safe mode) so you can fix the issue. This has nothing to do with your drives.
