  1. Agreed, consider people lap their dies, this looks like it wont' be an issue at all.
  2. I went with everything on a 2TB NVME, I'm hoping to future proof when games can pull straight from the drive and NVME speeds and bandwidth are supposed to be better than over SATA, though I noticed very little difference moving my OS from SSD to NVME.
  3. I can't find that in stock anywhere, but I like the looks of it. If it shows up in stock somewhere I'll consider it. Right now I'm thinking about going this route: https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-Mechanical-Keyboard-Backlit-Resistant/dp/B079H7N61M/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=corsair+mx+cherry+red&qid=1619210239&s=videogames&sr=1-2
  4. Thanks for the info on the Romer-Gs. I've only ever used this keyboard since getting into gaming again. As a kid I'm sure I just had the standard keyboard my parents bought. Thought on this one for my needs? https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-Mechanical-Keyboard-Backlit-Resistant/dp/B079H7N61M/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=corsair+mx+cherry+red&qid=1619210239&s=videogames&sr=1-2
  5. I have been using this keyboard for about 6 years now and I enjoy it mostly. My biggest issues are the noise, and that it doesn't have a num pad. What would you all recommend in the sub $150 range that is close to this quality but hopefully full size and quieter? I have heard recommendation for the Logitech Romer-G series, as well as looking at Cherry MX-Red or stealth blacks. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
  6. I have a Ryzen 3600X and my mobo has XMP profiles. So even if Ryzen calls it something else, it will probably be listed as XMP in the BIOS.
  7. I have only used the Razer Tournament edition, you think this one looks good? https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B078ML6BJ3/?coliid=IUFIZYWNCTNBN&colid=2FEN03VUAE7B9&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
  8. Don't I need to buy an amp as well? I'm not sure what that would require space/power wise.
  9. What kind of switches are these? I would like to get my next keyboard like this but I don't understand the color system at all.
  10. Also I don't have a USB-C on my mobo/tower, would it be fine to use a wall plug, or should I get the USB 2.0 one?
  11. Ok, so it seems the easiest solution with minimal gear is the pebble? This is what I'm thinking, https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VVP8BGD/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A286IZ33TR5AUQ&th=1
  12. What are your thoughts on the Micca RB42-C Center Channel Bookshelf Speaker with 4-Inch Woofers and Silk Tweeter? I'm not really looking for much bass, just need clear speech. Would the 42C work stand alone or only with other speakers?
  13. Could you save money by getting the non wifi board? I know for me I never use wifi on my PC since it's mostly for gaming. Not sure if you need wifi but if not you could possobly cut some slight cost there.
  14. It should be possible for your GPU fans, case fans are probably controlled through your BIOS.
