Budget (including currency): $1000 USD

Country: USa

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have an i7-9700k, b365m pro4, 16gb 3200mhz ram, 500gb NVMe SSD, no GPU, old 1080p 24inch monitor, Musetex ATX Case, EVGA 600w Bronze PSU, Cynosa Chroma Keyboard, Viper Mini mouse, and Astor a10s. Yes, its time for an upgrade. I want an i5-11600k or better. I want a b560 or better that has a c port if some kind. I'm keeping my RAM and SSD, however I do want a HDD of at least 1-2tb. I want at least a 1660s, preferably a 2070s or better. I want a 1080p, 27in, 165hz, 1ms delay, curved monitor. I'm keeping my case, but I might upgrade my PSU. I am going to upgrade my a10s to a40 TRs but thats not included in the budget as they are already on their way. For GPUs, I really want a 3060, and I am basing prices off of MSRP because the longer I wait the larger my budget gets (currently at around $1155). Can you guys help me pick out exact specs and upgrades?

PCIe 4.0 is what 30 series graphics cards use, and although they have backwards compatibility, PCIe 3.1 will soon be outdated. And yes I know and i7 is not always better than i5. I have no need for the extra cores and would much rather have single core clock speeds be higher, which is what the 11600k provides.

The i7 has more cores than I need, and the i5-11600k/kf has a higher single core clock, meaning it will run faster with medium to light workloads, instead of focusing on medium to heavy like an i7. Its also like $75 cheaper, leaving more room to upgrade other things
