First budget PC build

Country: Austria

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 

Minimum gaming requirement:

- AC Valhalla should run smoothly (with future dedicated gpu 20+) with stable 60 fps, minimum settings high.

Other workloads:

- Minimum monitors 2 with min. 1080p (one will probably get upgraded in the future)

- programming and stuff

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

So thats what i came up with so far. The case and the motherboard are fixed I got those from a friend for free. Now i want to make a build without a GPU for obvious reasons.

First what could be improved on this build?

What I am also not sure about is the CPU. Ryzen 5 3400G seems to be a common pick right if you are looking for a CPU with integrated graphics, but I would prefer a CPU with more than 4 cores to step up a bit.

Is there a better CPU with integrated graphics?

Or would buying a 5600X AND some cheap graphics also be an option or a waste of money?

Can you find the ryzen 4650G in Austria at a retailer, or websites like ebay? That would be more suitable for your build. Or a 5600X paired with a GT 1030, assuming you can find one at a reasonable price.

If you are going for 5600x like i did, it would bring you into more of a mid tier system not a budget one. your budget would need to be doubled to make the system be balanced. You would need to stick with previous generation of ryzen cpu to base your build on

I found one for the 4650G for 260€ but without cooler so that adds around 50€

5600X 340€ + 1030 100€.

11400F has no IGPU while the 11400 has, also there is the 10400 versions if those cost to much, B560 boards is required since B450 is AMD only while B560 is Intel only
