Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: i will be using the pc for gaming(indie to triple A), streaming and recording + editing videos

Other details i have no need for other perepherials just a monitor(anything from 144Hz) and pc. I am upgrading from a gaming laptop with GTX 1050

As far as I'm aware Intel locks overclocking to z series motherboards so you wouldn't be able to overclock on the b460 regardless vrm temps.
