JRAINBOW pins

I got me a new water cooler 360mm and it comes 3 fans plus the block that has a 3pin jrainbow 5v for each one and my motherboard only has a 4pin 12v. Does this mean I can’t use the RGB on the cooler at all? Or is there any other way to connect it?
