Windows 10 Pro and Plex crashing

Hi all, i have a basic server with an intel core 2 duo in my loft which runs my NAS in storage spaces (ik its not the best but it was the first server i set up when i was 15) and later it now runs a plex media server for clients on and off my network, lately ive had problems with everything kind of bricking it and staying turned on, pulseway goes offline and so does plex and the NAS, anyone know any reasons that may be causing this or ways to fix it? to get it back i have to go into my loft, unplug the server and reboot it as i dont have a power button on it. 

Pulseway CPU useage is low and the gpu is mostly idle, please help
