Cooler good enough for CPU?

Hello there, I plan on building a new PC and Im not sure about the cooling, so I wanted to ask, is the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L RGB V2 (https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/cpu-liquid-coolers/masterliquid-ml120l-v2-rgb/) enough for an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU or are there any other better options under 50$ (The cooler is for sale).

Generally 120mm AIOs are a waste of money, so I wouldn't recommend it. This air cooler will do better than the 120mm AIO.

@Skiiwee29Thanks, its a bit unlucky and of course not your fault, but all of those merchants are in the UK which would mean that I need to pay at least 20$ more (shipping and customs), so thats not really an option

It should look a bit more asthetically pleasing because it will be sitting in the Lian Li PC O11 Dynamic Case, thanks for the tip though.

The MasterLiquid ML120L RGB V2 would be fine for cooling.

What features are you looking for in a cooler? What ram are you using?

Aesthetics are subjective. Is there anything in particular that you're looking for?
