Can't boot after bios update

I just updated by bios, and I have a interesting issue.

It detects all of my sata devices, but I can't boot from them. They aren't in the boot menu or the boot tab in the bios.

Specs:

B250m bazooka 

I5 7400

rx480 4gb

Trying to boot from a 500gb mx500 m.2.

I could use some help with this!

I give up with bioses.

I just reflashed the bios (the sane version i used the first time I used it) and it works now.
