Screen not turning on

So i have older laptop and some6imes when i turn it off screen wont lit. If i hold power button and reset it it works just fine 馃く. What could be wrong.

And i have another problem bluetooth doesnt work. I know it has bluetooth becuse it worked previusly. Sorry for slovene leanguege
