Intel HD630 Black levels

Hi, I've got too much time on my hands so maybe let me ask you another question,

Lately I got rid of my underused RTX2700 for a good price (480USD).

Went back to Intel HD630 (4K 30Hz) and waiting (patiently) for a fair 3070.

I use an LG 65E7 Oled TV as monitor.

I'm not sure sure but I've started noticing that the blacks are only dark grey similar to an LCD black.

For example those black bars up and down a movie.

Is it possible that colors are handled differently by Intel ? (appart from the blacks the screen is alright)
