AMD Software won't open at all.

Hi, i have an R9 280X and using Adrenalin 2.1.3.2 driver. I've been using version 2.1.3.2 having this problem and tried to fix it in hope to fix this issue by updating from 2.1.3.1 to 2.1.3.2 but it still won't open for some reason.

 

Is there's a way to fix it? Thanks.

I even tried to open it from program files, but it still didn't open at all.

im not the most tech savvy person but what i would do is reinstall your drivers. first uninstall radeon software. then open device manager or just type in "drivers" in the search bar. after that go to the display adapters tab and it should have only one option that says r9 280x. delete it by pressing the X button on the top and make sure you press delete the driver software check box before you press uninstall. then just follow the steps on the screen and now it will say microsoft basic display adapter under the same tab that says display adapters. you may have to restart your system a few times but eventually you just have to go to the radeon website and reinstall your drivers there. it should work after that. sorry for being so long
