I need to find a GPU

So I  built my pc 4 months ago hoping to get a 3070 or 3080. Still do not have a graphics card...  and got all the parts including VR and haven't been able to get anything. I see 1060 3GB's for sale and gpu's alike all the time but that wont run VR good at all or any games really. Now I am desperate but I am not a fool for these online prices! Have been looking for used 2070 Super and above. The thing is I have money right now but I never do usually so I want it to be a GPU that will last me a while. Someone HELP!
