Method 1:

Start the computer by enabling Enable Low-Resolution Display Mode and check if that helps:

a. Hold power button to shut down the system.

b. Press power button to start system.

c. Repeat the steps multiple times (twice or thrice until you see the recovery page).

d. After that, select "advanced repair option" in Recovery page

e. Select "Troubleshoot" in Choose an option page.

f. Select "Advanced options" in Troubleshoot page.

g. Select "Windows Startup Settings" in advanced options page.

f. Enable Low-Resolution Display Mode.

It’s not giving any display at all I can’t go into anything

There are tons of videos on youtube detailing how to remove the battery on the mobo, just look one up before attempting

 

see if it works

but summarized it will be like this

 

  1. shutdown the computer
  2. unplug the power supply
  3. press the power button couple of times
  4. ground to something metallic like leg of table or such
  5. open the case
  6. remove the bios battery
  7. wait for 1-2 min
  8. put the battery in again (same way)
  9. plug in the pc
  10. start the computer

Bios battery?, I’m sorry i don’t know very much about computers
