Hi !

I do a lot of work on VMs, and I recently bought a new PC :

========================

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4

16GB DDR4 3200 HyperX Fury

Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB (Yeah, GPU shortages ...)

========================

I installed VMWare Workstation 16 and tried to launch an old VM. VMWare told me I forgot to enable SVM in the BIOS, so I did it, and when I was back in Windows, the VM started for a second, and then BSOD my host computer with the message

SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

And no other informations....

So i looked for this BSOD in windows, and I found :

========================
Nom d’événement du problème :    BlueScreen
Code:    3b
Paramètre 1:    c0000005
Paramètre 2:    fffff801677fd022
Paramètre 3:    ffff8c01dc63f920
Paramètre 4:    0
Version du système d’exploitation:    10_0_19042
Service Pack:    0_0
Produit:    768_1
Version du système:    10.0.19042.2.0.0.768.101
Identificateur de paramètres régionaux:    4108

=========================
(Sorry, my Windows installation is in French)

I then tried to look for help on the internet and saw some fixes that I tried, but unfortunately didn't worked :

-Disable any antivirus software (I uninstalled Avast)

-Disable Hyper-V (I set hypervisor launch to off on bcdedit, but I couldn't disable Hyper-V in "Optional Windows Features, because I have a Windows 10 Home Licence)

I also tried different OS for my VM's, but neither Windows 10 or Ubuntu would launch (the BSOD occurs before the BIOS even shows up).

Thank you for your help !
