No motherboard has an integrated GPU. That's not a thing. But, yeah, that's one of the downsides to the Ryzen chips. Having that iGPU on most Intel chips sure comes in handy if your graphics card fails, or of course, in situations like this, where you've got no card at all.

 

I'd just go hit up Amazon, search for "graphics card" and change the price filter to "$25-$50”. There's a few options there. You're not going to be doing much gaming on any of those, but it'll get you going until your real card arrives.
