Well your previous fps will have no bearing on your current fps if the machines software isn't being locked down. Never expect consistency with inconsistent software.

You could reduce some settings to see if you can get it back up to what it was doing before

Once I updated my drivers, my pc went back to how it was +200 sometimes even 300+. I would really like to figure this issue out as I mainly play LoL and for the pc I have, my FPS should be very high like before!

but with that being said you could check some of the system usages to see if anything is being maxed out that wasn't previously

It appears there is no change in usage over the course of the 7-8 months I've had the pc... very minimal background usage too! It's like something is holding my pc back, not sure on what to try next.

Your usage % should be changing pretty much once every second , are all of the components locked at 0% usage under load?

Excuse me for not being very pc wise, is there a discord I could speak to someone on? Not too sure what 'locked' and 'under load' quite mean, my apologies. I watched quite a few videos on trying to solve this and I heard maybe my AMD chipset needs updating? but I've had the pc for 7-8 months and all part are brand new! the videos says you should only have to do this twice in your pc's lifetime
