1070 no display

Greeting fellow enthusiasts I am here asking for any assistance with my 1070. It has no display but seems to power up (fan is running) my system even boots into windows as though nothing it wrong. I've tried all the ports aside from the dvi cause I don't have a cable. Tried different pci slots same issue. I even tried using an old gtx 650 as a display to see if the card would show life. Nothing unfortunately. Windows doesn't detect the card. Gpuz, HDWmonitor doesn't see it even nvflash doesn't see it. Any ideas? It is an oem dell version of the 1070 btw.

Did you just buy the card?
