A 1650 super or 1660 super would be good, but finding one for a good price will be a challenge.

Really bad time for that to happen to you. You can just try to get a replacement, since that's what you're used to anyways. Those are not too crazy, as you can still get them used for $100–150. That's really only because they aren't good for that much. Once you start getting into the land of actually useful GPUs like a 580 or 1060/1070, prices balloon to $400-500, and frankly it's just criminal to pay that much for a 3 generation old GPU.

It would be better to try to get going for as cheap as possible and wait to upgrade (even to a previous gen used) until prices normalize. You could even just use the integrated graphics on your Intel chip, but of course, you're not going to be doing any gaming like that.

i'm done with amd. i'm gonna edit that into the main post. looking for something similar or tiny bit better on nvidia.
unfortunately, we don't get a lot of new gen stuff. so old gen it is.  for a gtx3080 for example we are talking about 700000 ARS that's more than a small car or a  motorbike. for comparison my salary is 35000 ARS and 1 gallon of fuel is nearly 400 ARS

Sure, but my point was that even old gen is new gen prices right now. My advice was to just get the bare minimum for the cheapest out the door. The time to "upgrade" (even if you're upgrading to old hardware) is not now. You're just going to get ripped off.

The 280X is more powerful than the 1050 Ti.

The GTX 1070,980 Ti,GTX 1660 are noticeable improvements from the 280X.

The GTX 1650 should have slightly better performance than the 280X.
