change that case. It has no airflow. A P360A is the same price and is a much better option.

What are some good 80+ Gold rated units in your country?

And once again, what is your country, and what your budget for the motherboard?

My budget is roughly 2000 dollars

And for motherboard near 300usd.

Which one should I get?

Now if you plan too use less than 2 Gen4 Drives, then simply get a B550 board. X570 is not "future proof."
Some good options are -
-B550 tomahawk
-B550-F Gaming
With the money you save by going for a cheaper board, i would get a 5900x and a better cooler.

Is the B550's bios updated? Or do I need to update it?

Should I go for 5900x or get better motherboard?

Getting memory 4*8 is better or 2*16 ?

It 32gb ram so 2*16 or what do u prefer?

you could get a board  with only 2 slots, also there is a DOCP issue if yoiu usae four instead of two. but some people want to fill the 4 slots and some want the best performance. I don't know what you want because you didn't tell us.

Latency and frequency also counts. Ideally get Stick clocked at 3200 or 3600 with  cas Latency of 18 or lower

But if you don't have the GPU, don't bother getting anything else. I could be weeks before you get what you want., unless you wanna buy scalped one at twice the price. I don't know the situation in India but in North America, but there's very little restock on 3070 and even scalped one are getting rarer.

As far as recommendation, find a B550 with features that you like and read reviews. I'm not going to recommend a board if you don't tell us what you need on it. Know that the grades vary wildly depending on wether you want good sound, WIFI, native Raid support, VRM heat sinks, integrated backplate and the like. Personally I choose quality and I rock a Strix  x570-E, but it's an expensive Mobo with lots of features.

I believe either LTT or Gamers nexus had a video on this, they found the 5 series benefited from the 4*8 over 2*16.

I’d personally aim for 3600MHZ ram too.

I tried that and I get better performance with two sticks. Four identical sticks won't clock at 3600 mhz on my mobo.

I was also thinking about x570

Is it future proof?

No, x570, or anything before it, is not future proof. Its likely to be the last chipset on the AM4 socket as we are expecting next gen boards and AMD CPUs with DDR5 support on the next launch.
