Budget tablet for student

I am looking for a tablet that i can take notes on for school and my job, both of which i take many notes for and all the paper is getting hard to keep track of. I would also like to be able to watch videos and tv on it aswell as read newspapers articles and books. I'm looking in the price range of 100 to 200 dollars. If a pen comes with the tablet great but also i can find one online easily any ideas are welcome thank you
