Insanely high temps on new build (5600x + Arctic Freezer 34 eSports White)

Hello. Today I replaced my mobo and CPU, and I installed the Arctic Freezer 34 eSports White non-duo edition. I'm not sure why but the temps are insanely high, Idle goes between 57-75, and on load 90C

Could I have installed the cooler incorrectly? If so, what should i do? I ran out of thermal paste :(
