I have a hp pavilion g6, I installed windows 10 and installed some drivers, everything worked expect blueetooth. When ever

I try to connect by headphones it alwyas say's the blueetooth is not on. ,My laptop supports bluetooth but I am not sure what is wrong.

Can anyone give me a solution and give me blueetooth drivers?

I have a hp pavilion g6 that supports bluetooth, I recently installed windows 10 in it but whenever Ii try to connect my wireless headphones it doesn't work.

I keep getting an error saying"on this windows device, turn on bluetooth"even though it supports bluetooth. Ii tried to isnatll all the blueetooth drivers but didn't work.

Can anyone give me a solution?

Which version of the g6 do you have? There is a chance it in fact does not support bluetooth.

go to your windows search bar and simply type "windows updates". then check for cumulative updates 

 

Note: they can be hidden under "View optional updates"

Hey I did it but when I clicked on check for updates it says"One of the update services is not running properly, but you can try to run a troubleshooter to fix the problem. Go to Start button > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then select Windows Update."
