What do yo mean by restoring data?

Those parts don't store any data as in HDD.

All your data is stored on the SSD / HDD.

The CPU / RAM / Motherboard does not store any data.

Well...okay, BIOS settings are saved on the CMOS -- you could save copy those settings to a file.

 

Probably best to clear CMOS / reset BIOS back to factory defaults before you sell it, though.
