So my problem started after i got my PC back from a repair store last week cause i had some random restarts and i got a new PSU under warranty. Everything is fine no restarts but i start noticing ONLY on games those strange white pixels (while i don't game everything is fine). Here are some images:

It mostly happens in dark shadows like the images and in some reflections, also in the grass in some games and face textures when shadows cast on. They are minor but really annoying is my GPU dying?
What i tried so far:
DDU and reinstall GPU Drivers.
Check if my GPU is seating correctly on the MOBO
Unistall/Reinstall all Microsoft Visuals C++

So my specs are those :
CPU : Ryzen 5 2600 3.6 mhz
GPU: MSI Armor Rx 570 8gb
RAM: Patriot viper elite 16Gb 2666mhz
MOBO:Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H V2
PSU: Cooler Master MWE 700W Bronze V2

Is anything i can do cause all i read the last 2 days in forums are about GPU artification and buying a new GPU with the current prices is out of discussion. So anyone with a similar problem can help maybe? Also they reapplied thermal paste on the CPU is it possible they tighted the screws too much and i see those artifacts? I have no clue.

There are sometimes issues like this with AMD drivers, check if others with the Rx 570 have posted similar issues *recently*. Many a times these graphic  drivers have bugs in them causing issues like this, I remember my friends r3 2200g (though it's an API) had similar issues like this and when I checked on forums(just like you are right now) many were facing issues with the latest adrenaline update, so checkout with other RX 570 users, AMD drivers many a times has issues like this, but they fix it within a few days with a new update..

If that ain't the case then run DDU software and do a fresh install of the latest drivers.....solves like 99% of the display related issues...

Update if it still doesn't work after these steps...

Ryzen 5 2400G -B450M DS3H Motherboard (Gigabyte) - 16GB RAM (CL 16, 3000MHz) - 240GB SSD (Kingston) - 1TB HDD(Seagate) - 450W PSU (Corsair)

OP already said that he did. And artifacts like that wouldnt happen in screenshot, it would solely be on the screen of the user, and more gruesome. OP, have you try to verify installation on the game that you got that screenshots from (its worth a shot)

Yes i did i also tested more games i was looking in the forums for similar problems i found some but no solutions unfortunately. I DDU already and tried the latest and the previous AMD drivers both had the same problem. In this image is from Remnants from the Ashes game if you zoom in to his hair you ll see them as small white dot boxes. As you can see from the whole image it only happens on specific textures and lighting even from a different point of view they seem to go away. Also because they asked me in a different forum my temps are GPU under heavy load 82 degrees max CPU 64 degrees max. On idle i have GPU 32degrees, CPU 36degrees.

Itll be more helpful that you actually send what the view is on the monitor by using a camera. I cant tell any artifact from this at all.
