Are you getting started with ML? If so, then I'd actually recommend against getting a laptop for it (performance will be shit unless you go for workstation models), and instead make use of google colab or just go for another cloud service, it'll be more powerful than any laptop you can get in that price range and also cheaper (colab is free!).
